Realty Advanced is a real estate brokerage. Larry Baker is the broker/owner. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through raworx.com (our agent-recruiting website), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using raworx.com, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information we collect

When you fill out our forms, book a time, or use our chat, you may give us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your current brokerage
• Your annual production range
• Your preferred market
• What matters most to you in a brokerage
• Whether you agree to receive text messages (optional)
• Scheduling details for a 15-minute Zoom interview
• Messages you send through our chat widget, including your name and email

We also collect standard analytics and advertising data automatically, such as through the Meta Pixel and cookies. This can include information about your visit and, if you arrived from an ad, UTM and ad-click information that shows which ad or campaign brought you here.

If you call us at (502) 906-6743, the call goes through our Follow Up Boss phone line, and calls may be recorded.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and chat messages
• To schedule and conduct interviews
• To send emails about joining Realty Advanced
• To send text messages about joining Realty Advanced, only if you have given consent
• To understand and improve our advertising

Tools and service providers

We use the following tools to run the site and our recruiting process. They may process your information on our behalf:

• HighLevel — our CRM, forms, calendars, and email/text messaging
• Zoom — video interviews
• Google Calendar — scheduling
• Follow Up Boss — our phone line (calls may be recorded)
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google — advertising and measurement

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with the service providers described above and as required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request). The service providers above process information only to provide their services to us; this does not include sharing your mobile number or text-messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing (see “Text message (SMS) terms” below).

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. These include:

• Encrypted transmission: raworx.com and our forms use HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit.
• Limited access: access to your information is limited to Realty Advanced staff and service providers who need it to respond to you, schedule interviews, and run our recruiting process.
• Account security: the systems that store your information are password-protected, and we limit who has login access.
• Trusted providers: we use established service providers (listed above) to store and process information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Text message (SMS) terms

If you check the box to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages from Realty Advanced at the mobile number you provide about your interview request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about joining Realty Advanced. Please note:

• Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase, service, or of applying to or joining Realty Advanced.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (502) 690-6697.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

• Texts: reply STOP to any text message.
• Emails: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us using the details below and we will remove you.
• Calls or other contact: tell us you no longer want to be contacted.

Cookies and advertising pixels

raworx.com uses cookies and advertising pixels, including the Meta Pixel, to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to relevant audiences. You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage or opt out of personalized ads through your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad settings and your Google ad settings.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as recruiting follow-up, scheduling, and our business records, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Children

raworx.com is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your privacy rights

Residents of Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about them, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
